Anirvan is a leader with hands-on management in mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration, carve-outs, business transformation, 

and he is a LEAN Six-Sigma certified 

Master black belt.  

He has 20+ years of experience covering organization design and restructuring, large scale integrations/ transformations using LEAN six-sigma,  outsourcing and talent management. 


He as worked for several Fortune 500 companies in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia such as GE, SONY, DELL, Coca Cola, and Akzo Nobel. 

Karim M. Elmorsi

Karim is an experienced general manager 

with a background in mergers & acquisitions, post-merger integration, joint ventures, 

IT and supply chain management.


 He has hands-on experience in the 

acquisition and post-merger integration 

of more than 25 M&A / JV deals 

across Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. 


 Prior to starting askme Partners, Karim worked for Midaxo, Philips, Ernst & Young and Lufthansa in various senior management roles.
